Dovecot Studios Café marked Hickory’s first café opening in the summer of 2022.
With locally sourced seasonal produce at the heart of its menu, the café serves up breakfast, brunch and lunch options to bustling gallery visitors. As each season lends itself to a new burst of flavours, with versatile rotating options including filled sandwiches, a selection of salads and warming soups.
