We use an online training platform to invest in the career training of our amazing front line teams – MyHickory ‘Aspire’: FLOW Hospitality. This leading-edge digital platform provides easy-to-digest online learning modules, helping us ensure that even our seasonal temps have access to high quality hospitality training. Which in turn provides the best experience for our clients, and enhanced career opportunities for the people who work with us.
