Brand integration and pop-ups are a tremendous opportunity to bring our creativity to a brand environment. Customers are often meeting your brand for the first time, having the chance to try or taste the product and the key is creating the right environment for that. We’ve invested heavily in infrastructure to allow us to successfully manage large scale events. With our dedicated warehouse facility and fleet of liveried vans, we have the skills, team and equipment ready to deploy including:

  • Site visits for every event and venue
  • Expertise in build, management and de-rigging of complex bar and food units
  • A warehouse team and logistical experts on-hand to deliver outstanding events
  • A fleet of temperature controlled vans bringing food, equipment and props to site

  • Your enquiry is received by our business support team who'll arrange a brief call to discuss your initial requirements
  • A draft proposal is created and processed through our in-house ERP, HickoryHub
  • Login to your personalised client portal on HickoryHub to review your proposal, costings and accept your terms and conditions
  • Now you are introduced to your event designer who will set up a planning meeting and further collaborative meetings to determine all the fine details of your event
  • Track your event order live online, whenever this is edited by your event designer you will see all changes
  • View and pay invoices direct on HickoryHub, with a transparent payment breakdown throughout your planning journey

The Smokey & bespoke food stalls

The Smokey is our mobile airstream that can pop-up at your chosen event to serve the highest quality hot food. Fully-equipped with a dedicated team, it’s a sure-fire way to bring stand-out catering to your festival or outdoor event.

As well as The Smokey, we've created food pop-up stalls, such as The Posh Chippy, Le Petite Creperie and The Mac Shack to name a few. We can create ideas and menus to fit your event.
