We are an accredited Living Wage employer and pay higher than the national minimum wage because we believe our team is worth every penny. We are in the top 5 highest paying events companies in the UK for our casual team. Our starting rate is £9.90 per hour for anyone over the age of 18.
MyHickory is our dedicated portal accessible to everyone on the Hickory team. It links to our rota platform RotaCloud so everyone can see detailed information for the shifts they have booked on to do. It’s a hive of information about each job, including:

- Travel arrangement info
- Read event briefing notes
- See uniform requirements
- See who the Manager is for each event
- Give feedback on shift experiences and read client feedback from previous events.
