But what you may not appreciate is that our culinary creatives can only shine if they are being assisted by our senior management team, our event management experts and our dedicated in-house team of waiting staff. Blending together these key ingredients is what makes our team work perfectly.

It’s worth pointing out that we never use agency staff. Everyone working under our guidance has been fully trained to our exacting standards and is an integral part of the Hickory team.
