Congratulations to Tom and Susan who recently married at Mount Stuart. Following a ceremony in the Mount Stuart Chapel, guests enjoyed a drinksFoodDrink2 reception and canapés including: haggis bon bon with whisky marmalade, bloody Mary shot with crayfish tails, parmesan and poppy seed lollipops and smoked venison loin with red onion marmalade.

The Main Menu

For the main course, guests were treated to braised “Bute Estate” beef parcel with creamy Dauphinoise potatoes & rich tarragon gravy followed by layers of fresh raspberries in Drambuie syrup, served with whisky cream and honeyed oats for dessert.

The couple chose a Scottish Theme for their wedding and the men in the bridal party featured black watch tartan.
