With so many famous people gracing through the doors of the Assembly Rooms in Edinburgh (from the Queen to comedian Lee Evans), we couldn’t be prouder to have recently been added to their approved panel of caterers from July 2016. We’re excited and can’t wait to get started hosting some incredible events here! We’re actually taking bookings already!
This A-Listed building is a great multi-functional space, which hosts everything from dazzling fashion shows, classic vintage fairs, remarkable dream weddings, amazing product launches, and important conferences. In other words, if you’ve got an event idea, this is the perfect versatile space to make it come to life!
There’s a fresh neutral theme throughout, making this the perfect blank canvas backdrop to suit any occasion. The venue is made up of four rooms: the Music Hall, the Ballroom, the Supper Room and the Edinburgh Suite and can accommodate events from 10 up to 1000 guests, depending on your event.
The Music Hall in particular is a wonderfully flexible space, with adaptable seating to suit your requirements, from theatre to banquet and everything in between. The Ballroom, housing 4 ginormous chandeliers, is a great place to ensure your events makes a statement.
Given that the Assembly Rooms have been the heart of entertaining in Edinburgh for over 230 years, it’s no wonder it’s become a city landmark in its own right. If it’s good enough for our royal highness, it’s good enough for us! The venue contains over 500,000 glittering crystals so you can feel like you’re every bit the VIP you are.
Our award-winning Development Chef has developed some fantastic menus to suit this fantastic venue, or he can cook up a bespoke menu especially for you and your guest. Our talented and imaginative event planners can help organise everything, from a great live band to get the party started to creating tailor-made cocktails for the evening. If you like, we can do all the hard work for you so you’re completely free to enjoy your event.
