We’d like to introduce you to one of our venues, The Merchants’ Hall. Situated on Hanover Street in Edinburgh, one of Edinburgh’s most discreet city centre treasures. This is the first taster in a 5 part series we’re doing to showcase this incredible location.
Owned by one of Edinburgh’s oldest and most prestigious business organisations, The Edinburgh Merchant Company, The Merchants’ Hall is the company’s headquarters. Originally, this stunning venue could only be used by the company’s members. However, it’s now available for hire for exclusive event bookings for up to 200 guests.
This beautiful A-listed building is made up of several rooms, The Court Room, The Crush Hall (or Reception Area) and The Hall, which has the most magnificent domed ceiling that you’ve ever seen.
The Merchants’ Hall can be hired out for a number of events from weddings and dances, to product launches and press conferences. The rooms can be hired in any combination to suit the size and purpose of your event.
