Our Hickory kitchen team have created lots of exciting menus over the past year for people to enjoy at home, and we’ve loved every minute of it!

We put together beautifully packaged boxes of gorgeous ready-to-eat or heat food for almost 50 weeks on the trot; that’s nearly a year’s worth of Hickory@Home! Over 1000 people enjoyed our restaurant-style food and we created some very special menus for the big dates over the last year, like Valentine’s, Christmas, Hogmanay, Halloween, Mother’s Day and Easter.

But with hospitality re-opening up we have put a pause on our Hickory@Home venture (for now) as we fully prepare to get back to what we do best – creating and catering for high profile corporate events and sensational weddings and parties.

Keep an eye out for Hickory popping up in several places over the next month though, including at Fringe by The Sea and Borders Book Festival, where you can sample a more relaxed and informal food style from Hickory (we’re talking braw burgers and amazing pizzas).

Plus our brand new country venue – Cairns Farm Estate in the beautiful Pentland Hills – is now complete and taking bookings for private events. It’s a stunning place so check out the website now if you’ve got a big celebration needing a fabulous space near Edinburgh.
