In the Know
Earlier this month we collaborated with EVENTIT Scotland at Dovecot Studios for their ‘What’s Trending in Events’ conference. As well as a successful morning of inspirational workshops, we challenged attendees with an interactive cocktail tasting session, and rounded off the conference with a cooking demonstration, where our Food Innovation and Event Designer Katy, Culinary Director Brian, and Lead Chef Mo showcased some of the fantastic, sustainable dishes on our menus, and highlighted how we reduce food waste. You can also find Katy talking about the growing trend of outdoor weddings in The Caterer.
