Congratulations to Sophie & Euan MacGibbon who celebrated their marriage at Culzean Castle last weekend. The couple added some unique twists to their special day – like displaying and cutting the wedding cake in Culzean Castle’s Armoury!
The ceremony took place in the round drawing room after which, the bride and groom were piped into the State Dinning room.
These mouthwatering canapés were served at the Grooms reception prior to the wedding ceremony:
- Breaded Haggis Balls with whisky scented cream
- Smoked Salmon Mousse set on seeded brown bread
- Mushroom and smoked garlic glaze skewer with cream cheese
- Mini Yorkshire pudding filled with mustard champit potato and roast beef
The couple chose a main course of delicious chicken breast with peppercorn sauce, served with creamed potatoes, carrots and broccoli and roasted stuffed risotto peppers with seasonal salad for their vegetarian guests.
Their beautiful wedding cake was supplied by Sugar & Spice, photographer was Emma Sanderson and flowers were supplied by Kristie’s Flowers.
We wish Sophie & Euan every happiness in their new lives together.
